Your subscription

Cancel, switch between monthly and yearly, or update your card. This all happens in Stripe, who handle our payments.

How it works

You enter the email address you subscribed with, and Stripe emails you a one-time link that opens your own subscription page. There is no password, because SentryScreen has no accounts — we deliberately do not run a login for a product that does not need one.

Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, SentryScreen keeps protecting the Macs it is installed on and shows a renewal notice; nothing switches protection off. The details are in the license agreement, section 3.

Lost your license email?

The portal does not show license keys. Have your license email sent again instead, or write to support@sentry-screen.com.
